  • Director and Secretary Info: Include your name, member #, address, city, state, zip/postal code, country, phone and email address.
  • Website: Optional and can include the region/chapter Facebook page or other social media link. 
  • Meeting Info:  Day of the month, time, and location.
  • Financial Status:  Total $ amount in account as of December 31st.
  • Member List:  VCCA Member # and Name.  Must be an active VCCA National Member. Feel free to copy/paste your current list. Or email the list to

  • PAY ONLINE:  If you pay online with a credit card, be sure to indicate what region or chapter in the comments box.
  • PAY VIA CHECK:  If you pay via check, be sure to indicate what region or chapter on the check, and mail it to VCCA Member Service, PO Box 41238, Tucson, AZ 85717.
